SUGGESTIONS
Below are some helpful suggestions to think about for your photography session.
CLOTHING
It is always fun to wear bright colors when getting pictures. Try to wear solid print, which means stay clear of busy prints, or clothing with words/pictures. But, it is most important to wear what makes you happy. Wear what makes you who you are. Relax, and enjoy this moment, don't feel like you have to rush the photography session. This is your chance to make an everlasting impression, take your time, and make it count.
PROPS
I am willing to work with most any prop. This means if you have a rocking chair you love to sit around as a family, we can fit it into the picture. If your child has a favorite chair, toy, chest, bring them and we will make it work. Remember, this is your moment, and my job is to make your ideas work for your pictures. Costumes are a fun thing to bring to a shoot. Come ready to play dress up, with jewelry and all, and we can produce some great shots.
HELPERS
I do not mind having an extra helper on hand to help with bringing out your little ones best smile, however remember the more helpers, the bigger the distraction which in turn makes for wandering eyes, and an incomplete picture.
ANIMALS
Some of you may have a pet that is near and dear to your family. Bring them along. We will do what it takes to get your beloved pet in the picture with you, or in some shots alone. Make sure you bring their favorite item if they have one, and we will get it into the picture too.
